An Outstanding Vintage NOS Dansk Odin Germany 24 Piece Set with 4 Place Settings

$1,195.00
sold out

I have handled thousands of pieces in this pattern, including dozens of sets. This is by far the nicest set I have ever seen!

I have recently started to sell some sets from my personal collection. This exceptional set looks like it was never used, with very minor signs of handing and stacking. The bid price is for ONE 24-PIECE SET, including 4 settings as follows: 4 salad forks, 4 dinner forks, 4 dinner knives, 4 butter knives, 4 soup spoons, and 4 teaspoons. Made in Germany.

This is a very desirable mid-century modern design, created by the famous designer and sculptor Jens Quistgaard for Dansk.

All pieces were made in Germany with heavy, high quality, stainless steel. The forks and spoons are 18/8 stainless steel which holds up very well with age. The knives are a slightly different alloy of stainless steel, therefore they commonly have tiny black spots. The knives in this set are unusually clean. Each piece is hand-finished and shows very minor variations. These pieces will look great on your table or in your collection.

Please ignore any reflections or bad lighting in the photos. The photos show the following pieces from left to right....

  • A Salad Fork measures about 6-7/8" long.

  • A Dinner Fork measures about 7-7/8" long.

  • A Dinner Knife measures about 8-1/2" long.

  • A Butter Knife measures about 6-1/2" long.

  • A Soup or Place Spoon measures about 7-13/16" long.

  • A Tea Spoon measures about 6-3/8" long.
